Terms & Conditions

A. General Guidelines

1. Fee Refund & Transfers: Refunds and transfers will be handled according to the rules outlined in the prospectus.

2. Document Submission Requirement: Students must submit a self-attested copy of their school id card, latest exam mark sheet and a valid proof of identity that includes their address.

3. Condition for Government School Student Scholarship/Discount: Only those students enrolled in government schools since at least class 7 will be eligible for this discount. **

4. Agreement to Policies: By continuing with the application, students and parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read and confirm their acceptance of all terms and conditions including the Privacy Policy given in this form.

5. Sibling Discount: Sibling discount will be given to only those studying currently in AmarVed Foundation center.

 

B. Student Guidelines

1. Commitment to Learning: Students preparing for competitive exams should demonstrate sincerity, dedication, and consistent effort in their studies.

2. Disciplinary Measures: Any student displaying misconduct, irregular attendance, bullying, cheating, or spreading negativity may be dismissed by the Counsellor or Center Incharge. No refunds will be issued, and the decision of the Counsellor or Centre Incharge will be the final.

3. Mobile Device Restrictions: Mobile phones, iPods, and tablets are not allowed in classrooms or during exams unless specifically permitted. The Institute is not liable for lost or stolen devices.

4. Extended Absence Policy: If a student is absent for more than 10 consecutive days without prior written notice, they may be barred from attending classes or receiving test papers. No further intimation will be sent to parents, and no fee refunds will be provided.

5. Cheating in Tests: Students found using unfair means during exams will be immediately removed and expelled without a refund.

6. Missed Test Papers: If a student is unable to attend a test, they may collect the question paper from the office within 10 days. Beyond this period, the test papers will not be available.

7. Provision of Study Materials: Study materials will be issued as per the library system, in which students have to return the books as suggested in the library terms and condition.

8. Identity Cards: Every student will receive an ID card, which must be presented for entry into the Institute. Lost cards can be replaced for INR 100/-. Any misuse of the ID card may lead to expulsion.

9. Admit Card Submission: Students enrolled in AmarVed Foundation must provide a photocopy of the admit cards of the exam like JEE, NEET, CUET, etc which they are going to take finally. Failure to comply will result in exclusion from the free Test Series.

C. Parental Responsibilities

1. Timely Fee Payment: Parents must ensure that all fees are paid on time as per the schedule as mentioned in the admission form in Fee Details section.

2. Updating Contact Details: Any changes to addresses, phone numbers (student/parent), or email IDs should be informed in writing within 10 days.

3. Attendance Accountability: The Institute holds no responsibility for students who miss or skip offline classes.

4. Providing Accurate Contact Information: Students and parents must ensure that correct email IDs and phone numbers are provided to receive important update.

5. Agreement to Policies: By submitting the application, both the student and parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read and accepted all terms and conditions.

 

D. Liabilities & Limitations

1. Exam Eligibility:

Students must verify their own eligibility for competitive exams.

  • The Institute AmarVed Foundation is not responsible if an application is rejected by an examination body. No refund of fee will be given in such cases.

  • Students are responsible for filling and submitting their own exam applications to the respective authorities.

2. Uncontrollable Circumstances (Force Majeure):

  • The Institute is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, government-imposed restrictions, wars, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

  • The Institute is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage caused by events like natural disasters, earthquakes, strikes, government-imposed restrictions, wars, pandemics, riots or other unforeseeable events.

  • In the event of extreme disruption, classes may or may not be conducted online. No refunds will be given in such cases.

  • If any applicable laws prohibit offline and online classes during a force majeure event, no refunds will be provided.

 

 

E. Taxes & Government Regulations

1. New Taxes imposed by the Government: Any newly imposed taxes on scholarships or fee concessions must be borne by the student/parent from the date of enforcement.

2. GST Changes: If the government increases the GST rate above 18%, students/parents will be required to pay the additional amount from the date of change.

 

 

F. Media & Publicity

1. The Institute reserves the right to use students’ names and photographs for promotional purposes in all types of media if they achieve any rank, or success in any national or international exams.

2. Video or audio testimonials from students and parents may be recorded and used for marketing purposes without additional consent.

 

 

G. Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection: The Institute collects personal information, including name, contact details, academic records, and few documents as part of the admission process.

2. Use of Data: The collected information is used to process applications, communicate with students, and verify details.

3. Sharing of Information: Personal data may be shared with authorized third-party service providers and affiliated institutions.

4. Right to Modify Information: Students can access and update their personal information by contacting Support@AmarVed.Org or by contacting counsellor.

5. Data Storage Duration: Personal data is retained only for the necessary duration required for the admission process, unless legally required otherwise.

6. Data Security Measures: The Institute implements security measures to protect personal information but cannot guarantee complete data protection.

7. Policy Updates: Changes to the Privacy Policy may be made periodically. Students and parents will be notified upon request.

 

 

H. Refund Policy Terms and Conditions

At Amarved Foundation, we follow a transparent refund process to ensure fairness for all students. If a student decides to withdraw their admission and discontinue attending classes, they must personally visit the center and submit a written request signed by the parents/guardians stating their reason for seeking a refund. The refund will be made as per the following policy and please note no refund will be processed after 215 days (approx. seven months) of enrolment date.

 

1. Refund Calculation: The refund calculation will be based on the date the written application is submitted at the center and from the date of the enrolment on the admission form. The refund will be calculated on the fee after scholarship/discount. No refund will be processed after 215 days (approx. seven months) of enrolment date. The refundable amount will the total amount in instalment received minus number of days remaining in 215 days from the date of refund application.

2. Full refund within 10 days: If a student mistakenly enrolls in any course, they may request for the full refund within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days However, refund requests for mistaken purchases will not be entertained and refund will be made as per the refund policy given above.

3. Registration Date: The date on which a student completes the registration payment to secure enrolment.

4. There will be no change in refund rules even if a student doesn't join or attend even a single class at all.
